About Us

Founded in 1964, with a solid market position for over 50 years, and installed in Sorocaba, 80 km from São Paulo, Realflex’s industrial plant, located in an area of 10,000 m2 including 6,000 m2 of construction area, was specially designed for the production of hoses, bore hoses, compounds and masters.

The industrial park has rubber processing equipment, such as Banburies, Grinders, Calendars, Extruders, with an installed capacity of 14,000 tons / year of products, compounds and masters.

It also has a non-black compound production unit, in a building completely separate from the main plant, thus avoiding any contamination with carbon black.
