A pioneer in Brazil in the rubber compounds and masters market, Realflex has a large installed capacity (16,000 tons/year), developing technical rubber compounds for the main industrial sectors, ranging from automobile to pneumatic suppliers, among others.

We have a complete laboratory, technical team with extensive experience developing solutions for the rubber items market, and we are specialists in the development of customized technical products to serve our customers’ needs.

Over all these years, we have formed solid partnerships with our customers with highly complex or high added value products. How do we produce/develop technical rubber compounds?

1. We initially developed a technical formulation for the rubber compound that meets our customers’ requirements, based on the technical specification or even a simple sample;
2. After the tests meet the desired requirements, we manufacture a pilot lot at our laboratory banbury (3.5 liters), simulating what the production would be like on a small scale;
3. Once again, all the tests are conducted and after they meet the requirements, this lot is sent to the customer for approval;
4. The next phase is the manufacturing of a pilot lot already in the production equipment;
5. After it is approved, the compound goes to production and all phases of the process are verified with laboratory tests to guarantee both consistency and repeatability;
6. After manufacturing the production batches, our laboratory issues a certificate with the results of the tests conducted and product traceability.
